Abstract: Implementing a quality improvement program in any culture can be a challenge, but there are ways that the fundamentals of behavior change, combined with the correct tools and information technology, can be used to pave the way for productive programs. Understanding the underlying rationale and process whereby a person modifies their thinking and practice can help healthcare leaders gain better insight into the reasons why people behave the way they do.

Collaboration Survey (HTML)

Abstract: HealthGate conducts regular surveys of hospital staff in order to gauge their organizations' readiness level for online collaboration. This survey was prepared for HIMSS07 held February 25 - March 1 in New Orleans. Please take a few minutes to contribute your information, and we'll share the aggregate findings with you once we close this particular survey. All responses will be kept confidential.
