documents by keyword, title, status, topic and type. The task search feature allows users to search, sort and filter tasks by topic, status, due date, name, type and the assigner/assignee.
- Version control – ensures control over the lifecycle of a document by providing document comparison, roll-back to a previous version and version history.
- Global edit – allows for the simultaneous update of sections of text that are used in multiple documents.
